Are you ready to elevate your cooking skills? If you love to cook and want to discover new dishes along with helpful tips and tricks, our 4-day Cookery Weekends are the perfect getaway for you. We offer a balanced blend of professionalism and fun in a relaxed environment.
Together, we’ll visit local markets to gather fresh, seasonal ingredients and create delicious French dishes with a modern twist, all while sharing stories and enjoying a few laughs. We’ll savour our culinary creations paired with delicious local wines. Our cookery courses are designed to show you how enjoyable and easy entertaining can be, promising a relaxed yet informative experience.
Depending on the weekend, you can expect up to three half days of cooking and one full day.

Join us for three amazing nights on an all-inclusive Gourmet Weekend that captures the essence of life in France! We’ll take care of all the driving and show you this beautiful part of France. We’ll explore France’s bustling street markets, indulge in delicious local food using local seasonal produce, paired with amazing, local wines, visit a winery & chocolatier. Just kick back with a drink and a book in the shade of our lovely terrace or enjoy the sunny pool, it’s all up to you. Each weekend is a unique experience, focusing on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.

Allergies & intolerences
We will be tasting and eating many different products that the area we live in is well known for. Clearly if you have an allergy to mushrooms do not book a course that involves mushrooms and truffles; Equally if you do not eat seafood there is no point attending our fish and shellfish course. Please inform us of all allergies before you book and pay any deposit. Itineraries cannot be changed with short notice.
Getting to us
**Bergerac Flights** British Airways operates flights from London City Airport from May – September, with four flights per week and from London Stansted May – September on Saturday. Ryanair offers year-round flights to Bergerac from London Stansted and seasonal flights from Bristol, East Midlands, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Bournemouth, and London Stansted. Additionally, Jet2.com flies to Bergerac from Leeds Bradford.
**Bordeaux Flights** The following airlines provide flights to Bordeaux: Easyjet, Ryanair, Air France, British Airways.

Arrival time for gourmet weekends & cookery school weekends is around 4pm.
The morning of the gourmet weekends we collect fresh produce, from our suppliers. We are flexible with airport and hotel collection times but we at the mercy of our suppliers as to what time we can collect ingredients. Generally we collect from Bergerac after lunch.
