The dishes are a bit more “restauranty” & are shellfish courses and fish dishes for your dinner parties; The secrets of purees & great mash, fish prep, scallop preparation and cooking them perfectly, confit, ravioli and more wonderful classic French desserts.

Preparation Oysters, Langoustines, Prawns, Mussels, Purees, Gratin & the Secrets, Lemon Tart Late Lazy French Sunday Lunch / Dinner French Sunday lunches are celebrated for the way people take their time to enjoy multiple courses of food accompanied by good wine and good conversation. We start with aperitifs and canapés. Followed by a delightful sharing platter of regional food from the market and all the best ingredients available from our kitchen garden. We often go for a stroll up the hill and to the vineyard for a great view. Back to the table we enjoy what we have prepared that day. Cheese follows and a typical local dessert
