Lobster cocktail, Lobster BBQ, baked Lobster
The perect time of year for Lobster slap bang in the middle of the Lobster season. We will have Lobster every day; Lobster Cocktail, Ravioli and Emma’s favourite Thermidore. Emma’s secret treat is Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese and, if we are able to, I am sure Emma will fit it into the weekend. We will also make use of the great new season spring vegetables and the amazing beef that we have in the area. Our favourite cut is Bavette Aloyau which we beleive is the beefiest cut and lovely roasted as a whole 2 kilo piece.
